After years of working at lead generation companies, market research firms, and products focused on customer success, I started to notice the same recurring issues in my conversations with clients. Many of the strategies being used to acquire or retain customers had fundamental flaws. I often found myself offering insights and guidance—usually informally and without being asked—that gave them a stronger foundation and helped them better understand how to use our tools effectively with stronger revenue producing action.

Over time, those conversations became more impactful than expected. Clients would regularly ask if they could hire me outside of the company because the advice I gave delivered measurable results. It became clear how many quick fix or surface-level solutions are out there. It takes someone with real knowledge and guidance to create meaningful wins.  Watching businesses chase short-term wins through questionable companies was frustrating—it’s a unethical practice that seems to be everywhere. If they are shouting at you I promise you they aren't helping you.

That’s what led to starting this company. It was built around the kind of work that actually makes a difference—the kind that I had already been doing informally for years.
